Pickup & Returns Policy

1. Pickup Only

Mundo Manuel currently operates as a takeaway service offering pickup only. Delivery is not available.

2. Pickup Location

Orders must be collected at:

3. Pickup Times

Orders can be collected during the following hours:

Thursday: 14:00 – 17:30
Friday: 14:00 – 17:30

Customers must select a pickup time when placing an order.

4. Preparation Time

Orders must be placed at least 2 hours before the selected pickup time to allow sufficient preparation.

If customers visit without ordering online, preparation time is typically around 30 minutes depending on how busy the kitchen is.

5. Returns and Refunds

Because our food is freshly prepared, orders generally cannot be returned.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the situation.
